Paul brings to the firm he founded a wealth of experience from both Commerce and Practice.
After qualifying and 2 years as a Partner in a 4 partner general practice, he took up the role of Group secretary in a large private conglomerate, including a bank where he sat on the lending committee, a post which has helped greatly in assisting our clients with loan applications and business plans.
Looking after the tax and accountancy affairs of individuals and owner managed businesses from small to large, he provides a wealth of experience to clients in most sectors of commerce.
He has grown the practice significantly in the area of audit and advice to clients regulated by the FCA, areas we regard as a speciality.
Additionally, the firm undertakes hot and cold file reviews of other accountancy firms audit files providing a year-round technical advisory service to other practices on audit, DPB and other regulatory aspects of practice.
He played competitive sport at town level in rugby, cricket, squash and tennis, each of which is now followed from the comfort of an armchair.
His wife and three adult children are his main outside interest , along with exploring our fine UK towns and countryside.
